What we collect

Waitlist: your email, company, how many partners you manage, and anything you type in the optional field. Free generator: the URLs and goal you submit, and the campaign we generate for you. Later, in the product: OAuth tokens for the tools you connect (Gmail, Slack, HubSpot) and interaction metadata (who talked to whom, when, short snippets). We store snippets, not your whole mailbox.

Why we collect it

To run your account: flag partners going cold, draft follow-ups, build QBRs, and track commitments. That is the whole list. Your data is not used to train AI models and is never sold.

Where it lives

Product data is stored in the EU. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is read-only: PartnerMatch never sends email or messages on your behalf.

Deletion

Delete your account and the data is actually gone. On the waitlist and want out? One email and you are removed.
